How can I track my order/order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been processed on the website via email. This confirmation is sent automatically (If you didn't receive the an order confirmation check your spam/junk folder, if you still don't have it you want to confirm you entered the correct email.

In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent at the time we are getting your order ready to the email address provided at check out. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

At this point we are getting your items/package ready to go to the shipping carrier and your next update won't come until they scan in your package.

When will my order will be processed/shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. *This is the time the package will still be in our facility and does not included the shipping time!!!

  • Standard shipping (First class mail)

Standard shipping is 2-4 days depending on shipping address, all packages ship from Minneapolis, MN.

  • Priority Mail  

Priority mail shipping is 1-3 days depending on shipping address, all packages ship from Minneapolis, MN.

  • Priority Mail Express 

Priority mail express is next day - 2 days. Only option that offers a money-back guarantee (through USPS). *This DOES NOT include order processing time.
